Information on this website
We describe our homes as accurately as we can. Photos, amenities, ratings and distances are taken from our Airbnb listings and may change. Distances are approximate. If something matters to you, please confirm it with us before booking.
Bookings
- Bookings made on Airbnb are governed by Airbnb's terms and the cancellation policy shown on the listing at the time of booking.
- An enquiry by WhatsApp, phone or email is not a booking. A direct booking is confirmed only when we confirm it to you in writing, with the price, dates and any payment terms.
- Prices, availability and cancellation terms for direct bookings are shared with you before you confirm.
Check-in and your stay
- Every guest may be asked to show a valid government photo ID at check-in.
- The number of guests must not exceed what was booked or the maximum shown for the stay.
- Please follow the house rules for each home, shown on its page. Our apartments are in residential societies: they are for families only, and parties and loud noise are not allowed.
- Pets are welcome. Guests are responsible for their pets' behaviour and for any mess or damage they cause.
- Guests are responsible for any damage to the property beyond normal use during their stay.
